Hotel Plantage is a small two star very comfortable hotel with 3-star quality rooms for cheap discount rates. We offer budget accommodation located in a beautiful green area in the old centre of Amsterdam, Holland.
Our guests have the key of the front door of the hotel and can go in and out as they please. Hotel Plantage is a small very comfortable hotel, which caters for independent guests both leisure and business.
As from 01 July 08 the whole hotel will be non smoking!

Within a 100 meter radius, guests will find over 20 catering possibilities, from restaurants to bakeries and night shops to markets.
Breakfast is provided in the restaurant Meneer Nilsson, located on the same street, from 08.45 till noon. This breakfast should be paid for at the hotel reception, upon which time a voucher will be issued to be used in the restaurant.
Area information
Between 5 and 15 minutes walk from Central Station, Damsquare, Rembrandtsquare: the old citycentre of Amsterdam is very confined and approximately three kilometres wide.
All the main features are located in this area. Walking in combination with public transport (good and frequent tram-, bus- and boatlines) is one of the best ways to see Amsterdam.

BY CAR:
on the eastern section of the ringroad Amsterdam (A10) the ZOO Artis, is indicated with an sign with a little black elephant.
Take exit S114 and follow the signs (little black elephants) of our neighbour the Zoo.
CITY CENTRE:
follow the green signs ARTIS for walking tours in the centre.
