European Apartments Reservations offers for vacation periods something different. All these different type accommodation are central located inside the zone 5700 = centre Amsterdam in residential areas maximum 3 kilometres from the heart of the city.
These apartments are only a few weeks per year available for sub-letting to tourists when the residents renting and living in the apartment are out of town or sleeping in another apartment.
Priority is to let the "Apartments" monthly for residency.
These apartments are NOT a hotel or guest-house or bed-and-breakfast. You sub-let direct from the tenants, not from the owners. You get your own keys. House-keeping is available to serve you with cleaning service.

Whether you are a single traveller or a family/group between 6 and 20 people, European Apartments Reservations can meet your needs. Apartments and studios can be combined to cater to your numbers.
Please note that this is not a hotel accommodation. Guests sub let private, self-catering accommodations with a kitchen, linen and fully equipped bathroom. Additional services, such as house cleaning, are available.

3 - 5 rooms Apartments with 3 bathrooms for 5 - 10 people.
2 - 3 rooms Apartments with 2 bathrooms for 5 - 8 people.
2 - 3 rooms Apartments with 1 bathroom for 4 - 6 people.
Also available inside the apartments:
2 room suites for 4 people with 1 bathroom.
1 room suites for 4 people with 1 bathroom.
Bedrooms for 2 - 3 people with 1 bathroom.
Bedrooms for 1 - 4 people sharing 1 bathroom with other rooms.
These rooms share the main door and hall with other rooms where the tenants are living. Audio installations, music, pets, parties or hosting your own visitors are forbidden.
You receive clean linen (no towels, no soaps), clean (but not new) cooking equipment, clean and large comfortable rooms.
All accommodations are equipped with cooking equipment, fridges, TV, video-recorders, alarm clock and safety deposit boxes.
The 1- 4 person bedrooms inside the apartments (A / B / C / D / E / F / G / H ) are non-smoking rooms.
The larger living-rooms (I / J ) and kitchens are smoking rooms. Drugs of any kind are prohibited. To legally be able to smoke pot, you must make use of one of the neighbouring coffee shops.
Food & beverage
Pots, dishes and cutlery are basic and used.
All kind of (night)shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops are in the main shopping streets nearby. Just 5 - 10 minutes walking.

You have to re-confirm the correct times that your flight, train or car is schedule to arrive / landing in Amsterdam and depart / take off.
Check-in:
At an FIXED time-period of 30 minutes ( your host or house-keeping-service meet you at the apartment );
The price concerning your reservation is belonging to the condition that you collect the keys on a fixed time-period after 15.00 pm and before 22.00 pm.
Other times only on request and you have to pay extra for the extra costs House-keeping.
Collect keys:
Between 22.00 - 22.30 pm is Euro 10,00 extra.
Between 22.30 - 23.00 pm is Euro 15,00 extra
Between 23.00 - 23.30 pm is Euro 20,00 extra
Between 23.30 - 24.00 pm is Euro 25,00 extra
After midnight collecting keys is not possible.
The first option is at 07.30 am but you pay the price of the full night.
Check-out:
Time returning keys = any time before 11.00 am.
You lock the accommodation and drop the keys in the letter-box or hand over to your host.
The Key-deposit will be refund ( the same day ) through Paypal-money-services to your credit card or with international bank-transfer AFTER all keys + room(s) are found back in good + clean condition.
Returning keys after 11.00 am on request with extra charge.
Important information
European Apartments Reservations will send you an extra email with an explanation as to how to pay the key deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email.
To guarantee your reservation, guests have to make a down payment key deposit within 24 hours (Last Minute within 4 hours) after having received the PAYPAL e-mail money request. No down payment = no reservation.
The Key-deposit will be refunded through PAYPAL to your credit card account on the day of departure once you return the keys and leave the accommodation and cooking equipment in a clean condition.
You drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11.00 am on the day of departure.
After your key deposit is received, European Apartments Reservations will send a receipt and route instructions to the accommodation. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection.
No credit cards are accepted. Payments can be in cash payment when you collect the keys or by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival.
You sub-let directly from the residents who are living in these apartments.
There is no elevator, apartments can be on the ground floor or have 1, 2 or 3 flights of stairs.
